  • November 30 - Third Quarter
  • February 28 - Fourth Quarter

How are companies selected for inclusion in the publication?

During earnings season, Earnings Perpsective reviews the financial results and filings of many companies. The newsletter selects six to twelve companies for inclusion in the publication. Specifically, companies that experience abnormal, unexpected, or business non-sensical stock activity following the release of earnings are strongly considered for inclusion and discussion. The list is then refined based on available expetise and resources to effectively conduct an analysis. While Earnings Perspective tries to offer a broad range of companies, some companies may be repeatedly profiled.

We comment on the business prospects of companies and their underlying financial and operational performance as indicated by publicly available financial reports, SEC filings, conference calls, press releases, and industry trends. We do offer business outlooks on the future performance of the company.
